To connect with new customers and communicate about our range of products, Signet sends out industry specific ‘welcome packs’ – these packs are specially designed for our customers to represent Signet’s values and promises. This was how the partnership with Vision Australia originated – from Signet’s need for a professional and efficient service organisation. Vision Australia is the leading provider of blindness and low vision services in Australia to aid those with low vision access and participation in every part of life they choose – this includes employment opportunities. Vision Australia’s team understand how we need the job done and Signet has enjoyed assisting Vision Australia to provide self-sustainable employment and training programs to vision-impaired people.
For over 5 years, Signet has sent a team of employees to run the Bridge to Brisbane in an effort to support Australian charities. This year Signet is sending 26 staff members to run the 10km event and raise funds for both Kids Help Line and World Vision.
Kids Help Line is a vital counseling service for Australian children and young adults – supporting those aged between 5-25. World Vision helps over 20 million people every year in emergency situations and community development projects to address poverty and help people to be self-sufficient.
This year Signet has also supported Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, the RSPCA Cupcake Day in addition to Daffodil Day, Pink Ribbon day and the Red Cross Cake Bake in recent years.
